Mission and Values.
HAFAD is an independent organisation promoting equality for disabled people. It provides high quality services and campaigns to remove artificial barriers in order to develop opportunity, choice and independence.
HAFAD aims to ensure that disabled people have the necessary support to take control of their environment and lifestyle with the information to make appropriate choices.
HAFAD is controlled by and represents disabled people living and working in the diverse communities of Hammersmith & Fulham. HAFAD will ensure that the needs, experiences and interests of all disabled people are reflected in the borough, both individually and collectively.
HAFAD continues to develop an appropriate and professional organisation structure and to build an effective and productive working environment for staff, volunteers, members and visitors. We aim to ensure that HAFAD has all the resources it needs to deliver a high quality service.
